St. Mark's Child Development Ministry Mission:
Introducing children to Jesus.
What Do We Do at St. Mark?
Our daily schedule includes circle time, art, dramatic play, gross and fine motor activities, free choice and story time based on teacher chosen monthly themes. Learning centers encourage individual creativity or interacting with others. Spanish, music, cooking and science are enrichment classes offered to our preschool children. We attend chapel once a week and use the A Beka series for learning our Bible verses. Twice a month the children enjoy Spirit Day by wearing their school T-shirts and eating pizza.
"Love One Another" (John 15:17)
Jesus said that we should "love one another." Our staff models and encourages our children to do this daily by focusing on social skills like sharing, taking turns, using kind words, having good manners and treating others like you want to be treated.
